    • Established first joint finance meeting with the county and the city of Summit
    • Utilized T file system to review past spending & deliverables
    • Achieved “Triple A” bond rating and “good outlook” from all 3 bond agencies based on council finance work
  • Board of School Estimate; responsible for $64MM budget
    • As member of Board Of School Estimates, approved $17MM in capital improvements for Summit schools
  • Initiated establishing a "Summit High Line,” an elevated rail line pedestrian park similar to the one in NYC
  • Assisted in parking resolutions to allow more parking for shoppers with the installation of a new system
    • Added 60 spots for Glenside parking
  • Personally appealed to CEO of JCP&L for crews to respond to local power grids
    • JCP&L has since trained 400IBEW workers for faster response
  • Approved funding for a new Summit recreation center expansion

  • Council liaison to Union County freeholders
    • Establishing relationships with the freeholders & city of Summit
  • Added explanation on resolutions & ordinances as part of council agenda to better help citizens understand government
  • Require all city employees to report on conferences to government
  • Instrumental in installing flat tree boxes for the DeForest renovation project, improving pedestrian flow
